The data you enter will be used for the purpose of providing the credentials to use MarketingKits -Test Set.
The processing of the data entered in the Microsoft Forms form takes place based on your consent, which is done by entering and agreeing to your data (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).
By providing the Microsoft Forms form, we would like to enable you to contact us in an uncomplicated way.

Recipients of the data
The recipients of your data are limited to internal departments that are involved in processing.  In addition, we use Microsoft Forms as a tool to collect your personal information.  With Microsoft, we have closed a so-called “Services Data Protection Addendum”.

Storage period
Data will be deleted no later than 12 months after processing the request.
The storage period consists of the lifetime of the MarketingKits – Test Set, which is set at one year.

Provision required
The provision of personal data is neither required by law nor by contract. A provision of your personal data is for us your consent with regard to the lawfulness of the processing.  If the data is not provided, we consider this step a rejection.

IV. Data security

We only handle personal data to the extent that this is possible in accordance with data protection regulations. We also make every effort to take all necessary technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data adequately always from unauthorized access and misuse.

Insofar as we store or process personal data, this is done within a high-security data center. In order to protect the security of your data during transmission, we use encryption methods (e.B. SSL) via HTTPS. Our servers are secured by firewall and virus protection. Back-up and recovery procedures as well as role and authorization concepts are a matter of course for us.
