Your tasks:

We successfully started the implementation of our preanalytical monitoring system in various labs and plan now to expand. To facilitate our growth, we are now hiring a Sales / Business Development Manager. You are a critical contributor and enabler of our aspiration to realize the data-driven future of diagnostics – anywhere and anytime. Continuing our digital journey, we focus on data-based solutions that ensure a new level of quality for labs, healthcare practitioners and patients alike. We implement new innovative business models based on data driven insights. Our new sales and business development team is sharing the aspiration to shift the focus of the lab to preanalytics, offering a new value proposition to the healthcare system.

Within the team you will be responsible for:

  • To identify and implement opportunities for our products on the European Market and prioritize activities accordingly, maximizing customer value, selling S4DX products to lab and diagnostic customers in Europe.
  • To identify growth potential for S4DX product lines and develop strategies for specific customer segments to achieve defined sales, profitability and business goals.
  • To build strong and long-term customer relationships, working in an agile team creating business opportunities that fit into our strategic agenda and our sales strategy.
  • To advise customers on our product and service portfolio and inform them about current innovations and future trends in digitization. You cooperate closely with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. data analytics team, product development and the management team) to include recent developments in the overarching sales strategy.
  • You will act as a “translator”, fostering communication between potential customers and internal stakeholders – to make sure that reliable business and sales models are available, and innovation is implemented where it is needed the most.
Your profile:
  • You have successfully completed an excellent master’s degree, preferably with a healthcare or business-related focus.
  • We would prefer if you have first experience in sales, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to foster agreements and alignments with a complex set of stakeholders.
  • You are a very structured personality, with the ability to capture and manage complex tasks, an open & agile mindset, challenging conventional paradigms & willingness to learn.
  • You are passionate about using data-driven methods for solving complex problems.
  • Your exceptional communication skills in English and German and a willingness to travel up to 20 % of your working time within Europe complement your profile.

Your Goal

Your Tasks
  • You are directly invoved in the day-to-day management of a fast-growing company

Software Focus:

  • You contribute to the implementation of our software development strategy
  • You code, you prototype, you test new and highly innovative HealthTech solutions
  • Strong focus on C, C++, Phyton, Yocto and Linux

General Management Focus:

  • You contribute to the communication, marketing and HR-strategy
  • You maintain and monitor our Social Media channels
  • You create marketing material in line with the marketing plan
  • You manage SEO and improve organic search engine performance based on click-through rates, traffic and conversions, and stay up-to-date with SEO trends and major search engines
Your Profile
  • You are passionate about working in healthcare and a technology-driven start-up in heart of Munich
  • You have excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • You have excellent English language skills. German language skills are a plus
  • C, Phyton and the raspberry pi stir your interest
  • You are ambitious, motivated to take over responsibilities and get things done

Software Focus: Ongoing studies in informatics, software development and related fields

Gerneral Management: Ongoing studies in marketing, communication, economics, psychology, language or related fields
