As our Implementation Project Manager (m/f/d) you will work face to face with our customers and you are the responsible person for implementing our products into our customers’ workflow :
Act as a competent contact for all our clients on the laboratory side and in medical practices.
Think deeply about the processes in medical practices and laboratories , coordinate the product implementation into their workflows.
Coordinate the implementation process in close coordination with the product team Provide technical support to our customers with product trainings.
Lead the implementation project planning on site at the customer and internally.
Ensure the success of the implementation project at customers ‘site.
Closely cooperate with the product team as well as the research and development department.Y
A scientific degree or similar training such as MTA or Healthcare practitioner (HCP).
Ideally, relevant medical knowledge, such as at medical practices or laboratories.
Basic technical know-how to understand our products and services.
Flexible with a good sense of responsibility.
Ideally, you have relevant customer or field service experience (internship experience also welcome).
Excellent communication and organizational skills (must have).
Open-minded and confident manners towards our customers.
Gained first experience in project management or customer support – preferably in the medical industry.
Willing to travel (~50 % to 70 %) in Germany and Europe.
Fluent in English, Good German.
